No Right of Appeal. During the probationary period, an employee may be rejected at any time by the City Manager without cause and without the right of appeal. Any employee rejected during the probationary period following a promotional or transfer appointment shall be discharged except as provided in Section 37 Transfers/Promotions/Retreat Entitlement.
