Common use of NO STRIKES, NO LOCK OUTS Clause in Contracts

NO STRIKES, NO LOCK OUTS. 6.01 The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, there will be no strike, picketing, slowdown, or stoppage of work, either complete or partial, and the Company agrees that there will be no lockout. 6.02 The Union and the Company agree that the employees and the Company will not be involved in any dispute, inside or on the streets adjacent to the Hotel, which may arise between any other employer and the employees of such other employer. This provision shall not apply where its application would restrict or prevent an employee from exercising any legal rights and/or prerogatives they may otherwise have.
