NO STRIKES/NO LOCKOUT. Section 1. Neither the Union nor any employee shall engage in, induce, support, encourage, or condone a strike, work stoppage, slowdown or withholding of services by employees. Section 2. The Union shall exert its best effort to prevent any violation of Section 1 of this Article and, if such action does occur, to exert its best effort to terminate it. Section 3. The University agrees not to engage in the lock-out of unit employees.
