Common use of No Subsequent Use Clause in Contracts

No Subsequent Use. If your ability to access Zapper Properties or any other Zapper community is discontinued by Zapper due to your violation of any portion of the Agreement or for conduct otherwise inappropriate for the community, then you agree that you shall not attempt to access Zapper Properties or any Zapper community through use of a different Wallet, Third-Party Account, member name or otherwise. In the event that you violate the immediately preceding sentence, Zapper reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately take any or all of the actions set forth herein without any notice or warning to you.
