Common use of No Supervision Clause in Contracts

No Supervision. The Security Trustee shall be under no obligation to monitor or supervise the respective functions of the Third Issuer Account Bank under the Third Issuer Bank Account Agreement or the Third Issuer Cash Manager under the Third Issuer Cash Management Agreement or of any other person under or pursuant to any of the other Transaction Documents.
