Common use of No Technical Assistance Clause in Contracts

No Technical Assistance. SubLicensee agrees that there are to be no training, technical assistance or other services provided under this Agreement by SubLicensor in relation to the Licensed Products except where such services are rendered through any further written agreement between the parties, and in that case, at a fee to be agreed upon at the time the further written agreement may be entered into.
