No Title. Client has no right, title, or interest in, and shall not assert or disturb rights, title, or interest to, any equipment, inventory, or other property furnished or installed by the Hitching Post on the Prem- ises. Client shall not operate, remove, or tamper with such equipment, inventory, or other property, except such equipment or other property identified herein.
