OWNERSHIP TITLE. The ownership right to the Equipment shall pass to the Buyer by acceptance. Acceptance shall be understood as delivery and acceptance of the Equipment duly confirmed by acceptance protocol in accordance with Section 9.5.

OWNERSHIP TITLE. Ownership of the Equipment and the associated risk of damage is transferred to the Buyer upon proper handover of the Equipment in accordance with Section 9.4 of the Contract.

OWNERSHIP TITLE. Except as expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Parties, the Parties intend and agree that: (a) the Equipment shall remain Lessor’s property, and Lessor owns title thereto and shall not be impaired, notwithstanding the Equipment being affixed to any real estate property; (b) title to the Equipment shall at all times remain in Lessor, and Lessee shall acquire no interest therein other than a leasehold interest.

OWNERSHIP TITLE. It is expressly understood that Medical Center shall acquire no right, title or interest in or to the Equipment, other than the right to the possession and use of the same in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. GKF may at its sole discretion finance the Equipment. Financing may be in the form of an installment loan or a capitalized lease or other commercially available debt instrument. Should GKF finance the Equipment through an installment loan, GKF shall be required to provide the Equipment as collateral against the loan. Should GKF finance the Equipment through a capitalized lease title shall vest with the lessor until GKF exercises its buy-out option. In addition, should GKF finance the Equipment, said agreement may be used as collateral against the loan.

OWNERSHIP TITLE. The ownership right to the Equipment shall pass to the Buyer by delivery.

OWNERSHIP TITLE. The ownership right to the Equipment shall pass to the Buyer by handover. Handover shall be understood as delivery and acceptance of the Equipment duly confirmed by Parties on the Handover Protocol.

OWNERSHIP TITLE. The Licensed Software is the proprietary property of Veritas or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Veritas and its licensors retain any and all rights, title and interest in and to the Licensed Software, including in all copies, improvements, enhancements, modifications and derivative works of the Licensed Software. Your rights to use the Licensed Software shall be limited to those expressly granted in this License Agreement. All rights not expressly granted to You are retained by Veritas and/or its licensors.

OWNERSHIP TITLE. As between the parties, CureMD and Third Party Service providers retain all title and interest in any copyrights, patents, trade secrets, know-how and other proprietary rights of any kind in the Programs and Services, CureMD Information and Materials, CureMD Confidential Information, and all edits, improvements, additions, modifications, interfaces, ideas, advices, recommendations, any custom templates, change requests, documents or proposals and derivative works prepared from or relating thereto. Licensee does not acquire any rights, express or implied other than the limited rights as set forth in the Agreement.
