The Employee represents and warrants that all information provided to the Employer in any application form or during any interview for employment or other negotiations was accurate and contained no untruths or misinterpretations. The Employee agrees that the provision of any false or misleading information on an application form or during any employment interview are grounds for immediate dismissal of the Employee by the Employer without any further compensation payable to the Employee.
