No Use of Name. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, regulation or order of a governmental agency or court of competent jurisdiction, neither party shall use the name of the other party or the other party’s directors, officers or employees in any advertising, news release or other publication, without the prior express written consent of the other party. Notwithstanding the above, Licensor acknowledges the importance of, and agrees to cooperate with Allos, in the issuance of a press release upon execution of this Agreement.
