Node Rewards. During the initial period of the Hedera Network, Hedera may make Node Rewards (as defined herein) as described in this paragraph B.5(b)(i) to those members who have provided Hedera the address of their Member-Controlled Node Account as described in B.4. In addition, Hedera will make a Node Subsidy as defined and described in paragraph B.5(b)(ii). After the Node Software provides the ability to stake Coins to Node Accounts, Node Rewards will be distributed to each Node’s Node Account in proportion to the amount of Coins associated with such Node’s Node Account (i.e., both Coins held directly and Coins staked to such Account).

  • Low Census Low census is defined as a decline in patient care requirements resulting in a temporary staff decrease. During temporary periods of low census, the Employer will 1. Send home Agency nurses. 2. Cancel Overtime shifts. 3. Cancel incentive shifts. 4. Ask for volunteers. 5. Cancel reserve nurses. 6. Cancel part-time nurses working above their assigned FTE.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • NON-NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has not entered into a contract with us or any other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan. For pediatric dental care services, non-network provider is a dentist that has not entered into a contract with us or does not participate in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a non-network provider is a provider that has not entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • In-Service Programs The parties to this collective agreement recognize the value of in-service education both to the employee and the Employer. A) The Employer reserves the right to identify specific in-service programs deemed compulsory. B) Employees required to attend such programs will be paid at the applicable rate of pay.
