Common use of Noise Mitigation Measures Clause in Contracts

Noise Mitigation Measures. No Owner shall alter, interfere with or remove, or permit or be suffered to be altered, interfered with or removed any part of the Noise Mitigation Measures which forms part of his Residential Unit except in accordance with the Building Plans. Each Owner shall at his own costs and expenses appoint contractors nominated by the Manager to carry out repair, maintenance, replacement or reinstatement of the Noise Mitigation Measures which form part of his Residential Unit and by using those materials approved by the Manager.
