NOMINATED CONTACTS. 5.1 The Communications Provider and BT will each appoint a person or persons as Nominated Contacts who will be the central point of liaison between BT and the Communications Provider for all issues regarding this Agreement. 5.2 The Nominated Contacts will have authority to act for and on behalf of the Parties in respect of all matters for which they have been appointed in accordance with clause 5.1 above.
NOMINATED CONTACTS. 18.1. Where USA contacts a person using the phone number for a Nominated Contact provided by the Customer, then USA will ask the person who answers the phone to confirm that they are that Nominated Contact. If the person (or another person to whom the call is transferred) answers that they are the Nominated Contact then USA may proceed on the basis that the person is the Nominated Contact and all instructions and directions given by that person to USA are binding on the Customer as if those instructions and directions were given by the Customer. 18.2. The Customer is solely responsible for notifying, and must notify, USA of any changes to its Nominated Contacts and the contact details for those Nominated Contacts from time to time. Unless otherwise agreed by USA, such notification must be provided In Writing and in such format as reasonably required by USA from time to time. 18.3. If The Customer, at any time, fails to have three (3) Nominated Contacts, they will be in breach of this Agreement.
NOMINATED CONTACTS. The Customer must provide SS with a Nominated Contact(s) who will be responsible for receiving all notifications from SS concerning the Service. The Customer must nominate up to two (2) Contacts per PRODUCTION Service ID issued.
NOMINATED CONTACTS. 4.1 The Parties will each appoint a person or persons as nominated contacts who will be the central point of liaison between the Parties for all issues regarding this Agreement. 5.1 During the CVF Access Term BT shall use its reasonable efforts to: 5.1.1 provide the Customer with access to such information which BT believes is reasonably necessary for the Purpose; 5.1.2 make available to the Customer, on reasonable notice for consultation and guidance, staff who are familiar with the Customer’s testing facility, operations and business practices to the extent reasonably necessary for the Purpose;and 5.1.3 co-operate with the Customer to such extent as is reasonably practicable for the Purpose. 5.2 BT shall use its reasonable skill and care to provide access to the CVF.
NOMINATED CONTACTS. Refers to named Customer employees, identified by the Customer as a point of contact in all operations relating to support, as defined in this agreement. The Nominated Contact(s) must have access to e-mail and be conversant in the English language.

  • Nominating Committee Subject to the provisions of Article X, the Nominating Committee shall consist of such number of Directors (none of whom shall be an employee of the Corporation) as may be determined from time to time by the Board. Subject to the provisions of Article X, the Committee shall review the qualifications of potential candidates for the Equity Directors and shall propose nominees for the Equity Directors who are nominated by the Board. (the “CBOT”), participants in a variety of pits or principal groups of commodities traded on the Exchange or the CBOT and other market users or participants; (ii) at least 10% of the members of Board of Directors shall be composed of persons representing farmers, producers, merchants or exporters of principal commodities traded on the Exchange or the CBOT; and (iii) at least 20% of the members of the Board of Directors shall be composed of persons who do not possess trading privileges on either the Exchange or the CBOT, are not salaried employees of the Corporation and are not officers, principals or employees who are involved in operating the futures exchange related business of a firm entitled to members’ rates on either the Exchange or the CBOT. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Nominating Committee shall include the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation as a nominee for an Equity Director at any annual meeting of shareholders at which his or her term is scheduled to expire; provided, that if such term expiration occurs during the Transition Period, the Chief Executive Officer shall be nominated as a CME Director. Subject to the provisions of Article X, a majority of the Nominating Committee shall constitute a quorum necessary to transact business.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Management Team Subject to any approval or consulting rights of the --------------- Joint Operations Committee, Manager shall engage or designate one or more individuals experienced in dental group management and direction, including, but not limited to, an administrator, who will be responsible for the overall administration of the Practice including day-to-day operations and strategic development activities.

  • Nominations 4.01 Transportation Services provided hereunder shall be in accordance with the prescribed nominations procedure as set out in Schedule “B 2010” of Union’s C1 Rate Schedule.
