Common use of Non-Commingling Clause in Contracts

Non-Commingling. Assets, funds, liabilities, and financial records of the Charter Operator shall be kept separate from assets, funds, liabilities, and financial records of any other person, entity, or organization including any education management organization whose services are retained by the Charter Operator as well as other charter schools that retain the services of the same education management organization.
