Non-Discrimination Assurances Sample Clauses

The Non-Discrimination Assurances clause requires parties to commit to treating individuals and groups fairly, without bias based on protected characteristics such as race, gender, religion, or disability. In practice, this means that services, benefits, or opportunities provided under the agreement must be accessible and available to all eligible persons equally, and any policies or procedures must be implemented in a way that does not result in unfair exclusion or disadvantage. The core function of this clause is to promote equality and prevent discriminatory practices, thereby ensuring compliance with applicable anti-discrimination laws and fostering an inclusive environment.
