Common use of Non-discriminatory access Clause in Contracts

Non-discriminatory access. Except as otherwise permitted by Applicable Law, Access pursuant to this Article XIIA shall be provided to Focal on a basis that is non-discriminatory to that which Ameritech provides itself, its Affiliates or any other person.
