Non-Grievable Contract Violations. Unit members having a complaint which may not be a grievable alleged contract violation, may utilize the District's Employee Complaint Procedure. Employees utilizing the Employee's Complaint Procedure shall have the right to representation, if desired, at each step of the procedure.
