Common use of Non-Interruption of Service Clause in Contracts

Non-Interruption of Service. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement or pursuant to an order of a court or commission of competent jurisdiction, CBT may not initiate any disconnect, suspension or termination of an CLEC Customer's Resale Service, unless directed to do so by CLEC by transmission of a Service Order or CBT's receipt of proper authorization to change such Customer's primary local exchange carrier to a carrier other than CLEC.
