Common use of Non-Material Amendments Clause in Contracts

Non-Material Amendments. to the Agreement include, but are not limited to, the following: 6.11.1.1 Amendments to the Charter School's bylaws; 6.11.1.2 Revisions and/or amendments to the instructional methods Of curriculum that do not affect the School's mission or pupil performance standards; 6.11.1.3 Variances in actual enrollment that do not exceed or fall short of enrollment projections contained in the Charter by more than ten percent (100/0); 6.11.1.4 Changes to the mailing address, telephone, and/or fax number of the Charter School provided that such changes do not constitute a change to the School's location; and
