Common use of Non-Participating Class Members Clause in Contracts

Non-Participating Class Members. The Administrator will send, by U.S. mail, a single Individual PAGA Payment check to every Class Member who opts out of the Class Settlement (i.e., every Non-Participating Class Member). Your check will be sent to the same address as this Notice. If you change your address, be sure to notify the Administrator as soon as possible.
