Common use of NON-REPRESENTATION Clause in Contracts

NON-REPRESENTATION. You will not at any time after the termination of the Employment directly or indirectly represent yourself as being in any way connected with or interested in the business of the Group (except, if it is the case, as a shareholder of the Company, an employee of a Group Company or as a director of the Company).
