Common use of NON-REPRESENTATION Clause in Contracts

NON-REPRESENTATION. The Executive covenants with the Company that the Executive will not at any time after ceasing to be employed under this Agreement either personally or by his agent directly or indirectly use the name of the Company or of a Group Company in connection with his own or any other name calculated to suggest that the Executive is connected with the Company or a Group Company nor in any way hold himself out or represent himself as being in any way connected with or interested in the business of the Company or a Group Company.
