Non-Retribution Sample Clauses

The Non-Retribution clause prohibits parties from taking retaliatory actions against each other, typically in response to the exercise of rights or the raising of concerns under the agreement. In practice, this means that if an individual reports a violation, files a complaint, or participates in an investigation, the other party cannot punish, demote, or otherwise disadvantage them as a result. This clause serves to protect individuals from fear of reprisal, thereby encouraging open communication and the reporting of issues without the risk of negative consequences.
