Non-Salaried Benefit (Boot Allowance). Effective the first full pay period after the adoption of this MOU, all members of this unit assigned to a field position shall receive boot allowance of $150 annually, paid in equal monthly payments. Employees who have not been actively working for 90 consecutive days will have their benefit discontinued. Upon return to work, this benefit will be reinstated prospectively the first full pay period following the employees return to work.” and
