Common use of Non-Solicitation Covenant Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation Covenant. Employee agrees that during his/her employment with the Employer and for one year following his/her termination or cessation of employment, Employee shall not directly or indirectly solicit or attempt to solicit any business from any of Employer’s Customers through use of any Confidential Information, including actively sought prospective Customers.
