Common use of Non-Standard Digital Loops Clause in Contracts

Non-Standard Digital Loops. 44.5.1. If CLEC requests a digital Loop, for which the effective loop length exceeds the xDSL standard of 18 kft (subject to gauge design used in an area), Sprint will only provide a Non-Standard Digital Loop.
