Common use of Non-Suppression Divisions Clause in Contracts

Non-Suppression Divisions. (i) All senior members are eligible to qualify for positions within the Training, Fire Prevention and Mechanical Divisions provided they meet the required prerequisites identified in Appendix A. (ii) The number of applicants accepted in the Training, Fire Prevention and Mechanical Division Pools will be as stated in Appendix A, Definitions.
