Non-waiver of Approvals. Nothing herein shall be construed or interpreted in any way to waive any obligation or requirement of the Developer to obtain all necessary approvals, licenses, and permits from the Village in accordance with its usual practices and procedures, nor limit or affect in any way the right and authority of the Village to approve or disapprove any plans and specifications, or any part thereof, or to impose reasonable limitations, restrictions, and requirements on the CSM, construction, and use of the Property as a condition of any such approval, license, or permit, including without limitation, requiring any and all other and further development and similar agreements. The Village will act diligently to review all necessary approvals, licenses, and permits duly requested by the Developer.
