Common use of Noninterference Clause in Contracts

Noninterference. While employed by the Company and for a period of two years thereafter, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any executive or material employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other Company.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company Company, and for a period of two 2 years thereafterafter termination of this Agreement, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company or any Affiliate by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any executive or material employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates Affiliate to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant consultant, or independent contractor to or for any other Companyemployer.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company and for a period of two years 36 months thereafter, Executive agrees not to shall not, without the prior written consent of the Company, interfere with the business of the Company by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing or assisting any executive or material employee of person who is then employed by the Company or any of its Affiliates to terminate his or her such employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any employer other than the Company.

While employed by the Company and for a period of two (2) years thereafterafter termination of this Agreement, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company or any Company Affiliate by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any executive or material employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates Company Affiliate to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other Companyemployer.

While employed by the Company Company, and for a period two (2) years immediately following the termination of two years thereafterhis employment, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any executive or material employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other competitor of the Company.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company and for a period of two (2) years thereafterafter termination of this Agreement, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company or any of the Company’s Affiliates by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any executive or material employee of the Company or any of its the Company’s Affiliates to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other Companyemployer.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company Company, and for a period two (2) years immediately following the termination of two years thereafterher employment, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any executive or material employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates to terminate his her or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other competitor of the Company.

Noninterference. Noninterference. While employed by the Company and for a period until one (1) year from the expiration of two years thereafterthe Term or the termination of this Agreement by the Company, as the case may be, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, inducing or otherwise causing any executive or material employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other Companyemployer.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company and for a period of two years thereafterCompany, Executive agrees not to interfere with wit the business of the Company by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any executive or material employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other Companyemployer.

While employed by the Company and for a period of two one (1) years thereafterafter termination of this Agreement, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company or any Company Affiliate by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any executive or material employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates Company Affiliate to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other Companyemployer.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company Company, and for a period two (2) years immediately following the date of two years thereaftertermination of his employment, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any executive or material employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other Companyentity.

Noninterference. While employed by the Company and for a period of two years one year thereafter, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any executive or material employee who is an employee of the Company or any at the time of its Affiliates such solicitation to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any other Companyemployer.
