Nonsolicitation of Customers. During the term of this Agreement and for 6 months thereafter, the Consultant will not, directly or indirectly, solicit or attempt to solicit any business from any of the Company’s clients, prospects, employees or contractors.
Nonsolicitation of Customers. The Grantee will not, for 12 months following termination of Employment, directly or indirectly attempt to solicit the trade of any person that is a customer of the Company or which the Company has been undertaking reasonable steps to procure as a customer during the 6 months preceding termination of employment. This limitation will only apply to products or services in competition with a product or service of the Company, and to customers with whom ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ had contact during employment.
Nonsolicitation of Customers. During the Nonsolicitation Period, the Executive will not induce or attempt to induce any customer, supplier, client, insured, reinsured, reinsurer, broker, licensee or other business relation of the Company or its Affiliates to cease doing business with the Company or its Affiliates.

During the period of my employment by the Company and for one year following the termination of my employment, regardless of the reasons for my termination, I shall not, directly or indirectly, alone or as a consultant, partner, officer, director, employee, joint venturer, lender or stockholder of any entity, solicit or do business with any customer of the Company or any potential customer of the Company (i) with whom I have had contact or (ii) about whom I obtained information, or became familiar with through Confidential Information (as defined in Paragraph 5), during the course of my employment with the Company.
Nonsolicitation of Customers. You shall not, while employed by Donnelley and for a period of 18 months from the date of Separation from Service with Donnelley for any reason, including your Separation from Service initiated by Donnelley with or without Cause, directly or indirectly, either on your own behalf or on behalf of any other person, firm or entity, solicit or provide services which are the same as or similar to the services Donnelley provided or offered while you were employed by Donnelley to any customer or prospective customer of Donnelley (i) with whom you had direct contact in the course of your employment with Donnelley or about whom you learned confidential information as a result of your employment with Donnelley or (ii) with whom any person over whom you had supervisory authority at any time had direct contact during the course of his or her employment with Donnelley or about whom such person learned confidential information as a result of his or her employment with Donnelley.
Nonsolicitation of Customers. During the Restricted Period, I shall not, directly or indirectly, alone or as a partner, officer, director, employee, consultant, independent contractor, agent or stockholder of any entity, (i) solicit, or do business in competition with the Company, or assist any other entity that competes with the Company to solicit or do business with (a) an entity that is a customer of the Company at the time of my termination of employment from the Company or was a customer of the Company at any time within six months prior thereto; or (b) an entity that is or was known to be a prospective customer of the Company at the time of my termination of employment from the Company; or (ii) interfere with or disrupt, or assist any other person or business organization to interfere with or disrupt, any existing relationships between the Company and any customer, licensee, supplier, vendor, distributor, dealer or manufacturer of the Company.
Nonsolicitation of Customers. Employee hereby agrees that, for two (2) years following the Effective Time or for two (2) years following Employee’s affiliation with Buyer or SNB as an officer, employee, or consultant (whichever period is longer), Employee shall not, without the prior written consent of the Buyer’s Chief Executive Officer, which consent may be withheld at the sole discretion of Buyer’s Chief Executive Officer, directly or indirectly, on behalf of himself, herself or of anyone other than Seller, Buyer, SNB or any Affiliated Company, in the Restricted Area (as defined in Section 2(d) below), solicit or attempt to solicit any customer or client of Seller for the purpose of either (i) providing any Business Activities (as defined in Section 2(d)) or (ii) inducing such customer or client to cease, reduce, restrict or divert its business with Seller, Buyer, SNB or any Affiliated Company. It is acknowledged that general advertisements shall not be deemed to violate this provision.
Nonsolicitation of Customers. The Executive agrees that during the Restriction Period, the Executive will not, either directly or through others, solicit, divert or appropriate, or attempt to solicit, divert or appropriate, any customer of the Company or an Affiliate for the purpose of providing such customer with services or products competitive with those offered by the Company or an Affiliate during the Executive’s employment with the Company or an Affiliate.
Nonsolicitation of Customers. During the Restricted Period, an Employee may not directly or indirectly solicit or enter into any arrangement with any Entity which is, at the time of such solicitation, a significant customer of the Company or its Affiliates for the purpose of engaging in any business transactions of the nature performed or contemplated by the Company or its Affiliates. This Section C1(d) shall apply only to customers whom the Employee personally serviced while employed by the Company or its Affiliates or customers the Employee acquired material information about while employed by the Company or its Affiliates.
Nonsolicitation of Customers. Prior to and through a one-year period following the Termination of Employment date, the Employee will not, directly or indirectly, endeavor to entice away from Company or any of its Affiliates, any person, firm, corporation, partnership or entity of any kind, if (i) such person or entity is a customer of the Company or any of its Affiliates, or was a customer of the Company or any of its Affiliates within one year prior to the Termination of Employment date, and (ii) (A) the Employee regularly performed services for, or regularly dealt with, or regularly had contact with such customer on behalf of the Company or any of its Affiliates, or (B) the Employee obtained knowledge, as a result of his or her position with the Company or any of its Affiliates, which would be beneficial to Employee’s efforts to convince such customer to cease doing business with the Company or any of its Affiliates, in whole or in part.
