Not to overload. not at any time to load the Premises or the Building with a weight greater than the Floor Loading Provision stated at Item 10 of Schedule A, and shall, if required by the Landlord, distribute the load on any part of the Premises in accordance with the directions and requirements of the Landlord. The Tenant shall not without the prior written consent of the Landlord suspend any weight from the roof or roof trusses or use the roof or roof trusses of any part of the Premises or the Building for the storage of goods or to place or permit or suffer to be placed any weight thereon or to permit any person or persons to enter thereon save with a view to the execution of the necessary repairs and then only in such manner as to subject the roof and roof trusses to the least possible strain;
