Not to Prevent Events of Default or Limit Right to Demand Payment. The failure of the Issuer to make payment on the Series A Notes, or the failure of a Guarantor to make a payment pursuant its Guarantee, in either case by reason of any provision in this Article 13 shall not be construed as preventing the occurrence of a default by the Issuer under the Series A Notes or by such Guarantor under its Guarantee, respectively. Nothing in this Article 13 shall have any effect on the right of the Holders of the Series A Notes or the Trustee to make a demand for payment on a Guarantor pursuant to Article 10 hereof.
