Common use of Not to Prevent Events of Default or Limit Right to Demand Payment Clause in Contracts

Not to Prevent Events of Default or Limit Right to Demand Payment. The failure of a Guarantor to make a payment pursuant its Guarantee by reason of any provision in this Article XI shall not be construed as preventing the occurrence of a default by such Guarantor under its Guarantee. Nothing in this Article XI shall have any effect on the right of the holders of the Guarantees or the Trustee to make a demand for payment on a Guarantor pursuant to Article X hereof.
