Not to Prevent Events of Default or Limit Right to Demand Payment. The failure of a Guarantor to make a payment pursuant its Guarantee by reason of any provision in this Article 14 shall not be construed as preventing the occurrence of a default by such Guarantor under its Guarantee. Nothing in this Article 14 shall have any effect on the right of the Holders or the Trustee to make a demand for payment on a Guarantor pursuant to Article 13 hereof.
