Common use of Not Transferrable Clause in Contracts

Not Transferrable. This Agreement is for the provision of services exclusively to Royal Media and cannot be assigned, resold or in any way transferred to any other party, except that Hotel may assign this Agreement to a successor-in-interest without consent. Any attempt to do so shall be considered a cancellation under this Agreement and the Cancellation Fee will apply. This Agreement contains all of the understandings between the parties and may only be modified in writing signed by both parties.
