NOTE; PAYMENTS; INTEREST RATE. 4.2.1 Each Advance shall be evidenced by the Note, and shall accrue interest at the rate provided therein. 4.2.2 Borrower shall timely make all payments of principal and interest when due under the terms of the Note. 4.2.3 Borrower will repay in full any and all outstanding principal under the Note and all interest accrued thereon on or before the Maturity Date, subject to earlier acceleration upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Note.
