Common use of Noteholders’ Lists Clause in Contracts

Noteholders’ Lists. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, semiannually, not more than fifteen (15) days after each June 1 and December 1 in each year beginning with June 1, 2007, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the holders of Notes, except that no such list need be furnished by the Company to the Trustee so long as the Trustee is acting as the sole Note Registrar.

The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, semiannually, not more than fifteen (15) 15 days after each June May 1 and December November 1 in each year beginning with June May 1, 20071994, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within thirty days after receipt by the Company of any such request, a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the holders of NotesNotes as of a date not more than fifteen days prior to the time such information is furnished, except that no such list need be furnished by the Company to the Trustee so long as the Trustee is acting as the sole Note Registrarregistrar.
