Notice of Change of Shifts. Not less than twenty-four (24) hours notice shall be given before change of shift. Failure to provide at least twelve (12) hours rest between shifts which are being changed shall result in payment of overtime at established rates for any hours worked during such normal rest period.
Notice of Change of Shifts. The Employer will endeavor to give as much advance notice as possible of a change in the posted schedule, however, the reporting allowance outlined in Article 21.03 shall not apply whenever an employee has received not less than one hour’s prior notice not to report to work.
