Notice of Completion; Copy of Record Set of Plans. Within ten (10) days after completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located in accordance with Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord upon such recordation. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the Premises.

If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of mylar as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the PremisesPremises constructed by Tenant.

Within ten (10) days after completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located County of Santa ▇▇▇▇▇ in accordance with Section 3093 8182 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord upon such recordation. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of “as-built built” drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord a digital CAD set and two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety sixty (9060) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the Premises.

Notice of Completion; Copy of Record Set of Plans. Within ten (10) days after completion of construction of the Tenant Lessee Improvements, Tenant Lessee shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located County of Santa ▇▇▇▇▇ in accordance with Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord Lessor upon such recordation. If Tenant Lessee fails to do so, Landlord Lessor may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant Lessee as TenantLessee’s agent for such purpose, at TenantLessee’s sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant Lessee shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of mylar “as-built built” drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord Lessor two (2) printed sets of copies and one (1) electronic set in CAD format on CD of such record set of drawings within ninety sixty (9060) days following issuance of a certificate final permit accepting the work of occupancy for the PremisesLessee Improvements or similar final sign-off, and (ii) Tenant Lessee shall deliver to Landlord Lessor a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the Premises.

Within ten (10) business days after completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located in accordance with Section 3093 8182 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord upon such recordation. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the applicable 6310 Expansion Premises, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the applicable 6310 Expansion Premises.

Notice of Completion; Copy of Record Set of Plans. Within ten (10) days after completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements, Improvements Tenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located County of Santa ▇▇▇▇▇ in accordance with Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, statute and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord upon such recordation. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as Tenant▇▇▇▇▇▇’s agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, Tenant shall (i) Tenant shall cause the Tenant’s Architect and the Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of reproducible as-built drawings (and the CAD files of the as-built documents for the Tenant Improvements) delivered to Landlord pursuant to Section 4.4.12 are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this the Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems installed by Tenant or Contractor in the Premises.

Within ten (10) days after completion of construction Substantial Completion of any relevant Phase of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located in accordance with Section 3093 8182 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord upon such recordation. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this the Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings in CAD format within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, fixtures and systems in the PremisesPremises or elsewhere in the Building to the extent not previously provided.

If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this the Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two four (24) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the Premises.

Within ten twenty (1020) days after completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the 6260 Building is located in accordance with Section 3093 8182 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord upon such recordation. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s 's agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s 's sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “"record-set” " of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety one hundred twenty (90120) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the Premises.

Notice of Completion; Copy of Record Set of Plans. Within ten (10) days after completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant Lessee shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located in accordance with Section 3093 8182 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord Lessor upon such recordation. If Tenant Lessee fails to do so, Landlord Lessor may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant Lessee as TenantLessee’s agent for such purpose, at TenantLessee’s sole cost and expense, subject to any then remaining portion of the Tenant Improvement Allowance. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant Lessee shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this the Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two Lessor four (24) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Expansion Premises, and (ii) Tenant Lessee shall deliver to Landlord Lessor a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the Premises.

Notice of Completion; Copy of Record Set of Plans. Within ten twenty (1020) days after completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the 6350 Building is located in accordance with Section 3093 8182 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord upon such recordation. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s 's agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s 's sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “712812.03/WLA 214064-00120/9-26-13/gjn/gjn -11- ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ [Second Amendment/Substitute Premises Amendment] [Entropic Communications, Inc.] "record-set” " of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety one hundred twenty (90120) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the Premises.

Within ten (10) days after completion of construction of the Tenant Lessee Improvements, Tenant Lessee shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located County of San Mateo in accordance with Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord Lessor upon such recordation. If Tenant Lessee fails to do so, Landlord Lessor may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant Lessee as TenantLessee’s agent for such purpose, at TenantLessee’s sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant Lessee shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of mylar “as-built built” drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord Lessor two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety sixty (9060) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises, and (ii) Tenant Lessee shall deliver to Landlord Lessor a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the Premises.

Notice of Completion; Copy of Record Set of Plans. Within ten (10) days after completion of construction of the Tenant Initial Improvements, Tenant Reliant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located Santa ▇▇▇▇▇ County in accordance with Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord Mercury upon such recordation. If Tenant Reliant fails to do so, Landlord Mercury may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant Reliant as TenantReliant’s agent for such purpose, at TenantReliant’s sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant Reliant shall cause the Architect Design Professionals and Contractor Contractors (Aa) to update the Approved Working Drawings Construction Documents as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings Construction Documents during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this LeaseSub-Sublease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord Mercury two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings and one (1) additional electronic copy (in .dwg format in accordance with AIA layering standards) within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Subleased Premises, and (ii) Tenant Reliant shall deliver to Landlord Mercury a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvementsImprovements, equipment, and systems in the Subleased Premises.

Notice of Completion; Copy of Record Set of Plans. Within ten (10) days after completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located in accordance with Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord upon such recordation. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as Tenant’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “"record-set” " of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the Premises.

Notice of Completion; Copy of Record Set of Plans. Within ten (10) days after completion of construction of the Tenant Initial Improvements, Tenant Subtenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located Santa ▇▇▇▇▇ County in accordance with Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord Sublandlord upon such recordation. If Tenant Subtenant fails to do so, Landlord Sublandlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant Subtenant as TenantSubtenant’s agent for such purpose, at TenantSubtenant’s sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant Subtenant shall cause the Architect Design Professionals and Contractor Contractors (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings Construction Documents as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings Construction Documents during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this LeaseSublease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord Sublandlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings and one (1) additional electronic copy (in .dwg format in accordance with AIA layering standards) within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Demised Premises, and (ii) Tenant Subtenant shall deliver to Landlord Sublandlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the Demised Premises.

Within ten fifteen (1015) business days after completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located in accordance with Section 3093 8182 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord upon such recordation. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s 's agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s 's sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “"record-set” " of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the subject Phase of the Premises, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the subject Phase of the Premises.

Within ten fifteen (1015) days after completion of construction of the Tenant ImprovementsImprovements for each Phase, Tenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located in accordance with Section 3093 8182 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord upon such recordation. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s 's agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s 's sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “"record-set” " of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the applicable portion of the Premises, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the Premises.

Notice of Completion; Copy of Record Set of Plans. Within ten (10) business days after completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located San Diego County in accordance with Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statuteCalifornia, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord upon such recordation. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may Land▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s agent Tena▇▇ ▇▇ Tena▇▇’▇ ▇gent for such purpose, at Tenant’s sole Tena▇▇’▇ ▇ole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and EXHIBIT B -7- SEQUENCE TECHNOLOGY CENTER [Expansion and Extension Amendment] [DexCom, Inc.] Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premisesdrawings, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the applicable portion of the Premises.

Within ten twenty (1020) days after completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located in accordance with Section 3093 8182 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord upon such recordation. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s agent for such purposesame, at Tenant’s 's sole cost and expense. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s agent Agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Notice of Completion; Copy of Record Set of Plans. Within ten twenty (1020) days after completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the 6350 Building is located in accordance with Section 3093 8182 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord upon such recordation. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s 's agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s 's sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” "record­-set" of as-built as­-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety one hundred twenty (90120) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the Premises.

Notice of Completion; Copy of Record Set of Plans. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor to (Ai) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (Bii) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “"record-set” " of mylar as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this the Lease, and (Ciii) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises. At the conclusion of construction, and (ii) Tenant shall also deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guarantiesguarantees, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvementsTenant Improvements, equipment, and systems in the Premises.

If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same on behalf of Tenant as Tenant’s 's agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s 's sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, Tenant shall: (i) Tenant shall cause the Tenant's Architect and Contractor contractor to do the following: (A) to update the Approved Working Tenant's Construction Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Tenant's Working Drawings during the course of constructionconstruction so as to create a "record set" of plans for the Premises, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” set of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification certifications shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises, ; and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, guarantees and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, equipment and systems in the Premises.

At the conclusion of construction, construction Tenant shall (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (Bii) to certify to the best of their Tenant's knowledge that the “"record-set” " of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (Ciii) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises, and (iiiv) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the Premises.
