NOTICE OF CONTRACT EXECUTION Clause Samples

The "Notice of Contract Execution" clause requires one or both parties to formally notify the other when the contract has been signed and is officially in effect. Typically, this involves sending a written notice—such as an email or letter—confirming the date of execution, which may trigger certain obligations or deadlines under the agreement. This clause ensures both parties are clearly informed about when the contract becomes binding, reducing the risk of misunderstandings regarding the commencement of contractual duties.
