Notice of Correction from Contractor. The Contractor shall give prompt notice in writing to the Design Professional, with copy to the Owner, upon completion of the correction of the Non-Compliant work. In the absence of such notice, it shall be and is presumed under this Contract that there has been no correction, supplying remedy, or performance of unexecuted work.
