Notice of Event of Force Majeure. If a party is prevented in whole or in part from carrying out its obligations under this Agreement as a result of Force Majeure, it will promptly notify the other party accordingly. The notice must: (a) specify the obligations and the extent to which it cannot perform those obligations; (b) fully describe the event of Force Majeure; (c) estimate the time during which the Force Majeure will continue; and
