Notice of Force Majeure Event Sample Clauses

The Notice of Force Majeure Event clause requires a party affected by an unforeseeable and uncontrollable event—such as a natural disaster or government action—to promptly inform the other party about the occurrence and impact of the event. Typically, this involves providing written notice within a specified timeframe and detailing the nature of the event, its expected duration, and how it affects contractual obligations. This clause ensures transparency and timely communication, allowing both parties to assess the situation and make necessary adjustments, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and disputes during force majeure situations.
