Notice of Force Majeure Event. If a party is prevented from performing an obligation due to a Force Majeure event or circumstances, that party will give notice of the relevant event or circumstances to the other party as soon as reasonably possible, identifying the Force Majeure event or circumstances, the effect it is having and the steps it is taking to minimise that effect.
