Common use of Notice of Event of Force Majeure Clause in Contracts

Notice of Event of Force Majeure. When claiming an Event of Force Majeure, the Seller shall give to the Purchasers’ Agent immediate notice of such claim, followed as soon as reasonably possible with particulars indicating the cause of such Event of Force Majeure, the date of commencement of such Event of Force Majeure, and the estimated duration (if practical) of such Event of Force Majeure. When claiming an Event of Force Majeure, the Seller shall give further notice to the Purchasers’ Agent: (a) from time to time as to the progress in remedying the impacts of such Event of Force Majeure and as to the time that the Seller expects to resume performance of its obligations hereunder; and (b) immediately after such Event of Force Majeure ceases to have effect.
