Notice of Events of Termination or Unmatured Events of Termination. As soon as possible and in any event within two (2) Business Days after the occurrence of each Event of Termination or Unmatured Event of Termination, a statement of the chief financial officer of the Seller setting forth details of such Event of Termination or Unmatured Event of Termination and the action that the Seller has taken and proposes to take with respect thereto.
