Common use of Notice of Redemption to Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Notice of Redemption to Noteholders. Irrevocable notice of redemption shall be given by first-class mail, postage prepaid, mailed not less than 15 nor more than 60 days prior to the Redemption Date, to each Noteholder of Equipment Notes to be redeemed or purchased, at such Noteholder's address appearing in the Register. All notices of redemption shall state: (1) the Redemption Date; (2) the applicable basis for determining the applicable Redemption Price; (3) that on the Redemption Date, the applicable Redemption Price will become due and payable upon each such Equipment Note, and that interest on Equipment Notes shall cease to accrue on and after such Redemption Date; and (4) the place or places where such Equipment Notes are to be surrendered for payment of the applicable Redemption Price.
