Common use of Notice of Servicer Default Clause in Contracts

Notice of Servicer Default. The Servicer shall deliver to the Issuer, the Trustee and each Rating Agency promptly after having obtained knowledge thereof, but in no event later than five Business Days thereafter, written notice in an Officer's Certificate of any event or circumstance which, with the giving of notice or the passage of time, would become a Servicer Default under Section 6.01.
