Notice of Servicer Default. The Servicer shall deliver to the Issuer, the PSCWV, a Responsible Officer of the Indenture Trustee and each Rating Agency promptly after having obtained knowledge thereof, but in no event later than five Business Days thereafter, written notice in an Officers’ Certificate of any event or circumstance (such as a breach of any representation or warranty made by the Servicer in this Agreement) which, if not remedied, would become a Servicer Default under Section 6.01.
