Notice of the new annual Basic. Rent shall be delivered to Tenant on or before the tenth (10th) day preceding each Rent Adjustment Date, but any failure to do so by Landlord shall not be or be deemed to be a waiver by Landlord of Landlord's rights to collect such sums. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, within ten (10) days after a notice of the new annual Basic Rent is delivered to Tenant, all amounts due from Tenant, but unpaid, because the stated amount as set forth above was not delivered to Tenant at least ten (10) days preceding the Rent Adjustment Date in question.

  • Notice of Commencement A Notice of Commencement shall be filed by the Contractor with the Clerk of the Superior Court in the county in which the Project is located, pursuant to O.C.G.A. §13-10-62.
